I’m Alex, a product designer who has worked across AOL, Citrix, Apple and eBay.
As the sole designer on eBay Messages for five years, I led the move from separate messages to connected conversations, then designed offers and eBay.ai Suggested Replies, whose pattern is now part of eBay’s design system.
I make complex problems clear and build working prototypes so teams can test ideas before committing.
Outside work: vinyl, travel photography, motion experiments and small AI tools.
